Dear Christine and Klaus
We arrived home safely. Thank you so much for a home to home like stay in your beautiful hotel.
All of your staff are very helpful and make you feel so welcome. The food was just amazing and the pack lunch and afternoon cake was delicious. We hope to definitely return and we have told everyone about how this is the most wonderful hotel in Zell am See. My only thought of improvement would be a kettle in your room as we like an early coffee. But this did not spoil our holiday.

It would be hard to imagine a more warm and welcoming environment than the Stadt-Wien in Zell am See. The entire staff is genuinely focused on maximizing your enjoyment of your vacation.
The children love the bunnies, swimming pool and trampoline. We all loved the excellent selection and delicious food beautifully served for both breakfast and dinner.
The hotel is ideally located adjacent to the forest and numerous hiking trails. We all-grandparents, parents and children- hope to return soon.

DANKE - wir hatten fünf wundervolle Tage in eurem Hotel, das ihr mit so viel Liebe bis ins Detail führt.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ihr seid tolle Gastgeber und habt genau so ein Team - unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam. Die neuen Suiten sind modern, stilvoll und einfach großartig. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und mit viel Liebe zubereitet, ebenso das Frühstücksbuffet. Ein Urlaub zum Wohlfühlen in jeder Hinsicht. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
