Our cancellation policies:

• Cancellations until three months before arrival are free of charge.
• Cancellations made between three and one months before arrival are charged with 50 % of the total amount.
• Cancellations made one months before arrival, no show, later arrival or earlier departure are charged with 90% of the arrangement amount.

(Services which are not delivered by the hotel such as ski-passes are not refundable by the hotel.)
